In order to accept an application, we will need the following items:

Must meet income guidelines

Completed application for each individual over 18 

Valid Government Issued IDs for all individuals over 18 that will be living in the unit

Social Security card for all prospective residents, including minors

Money order for a total of $35 per individuals over 18, for credit/background checks (multiple fees can be combined on one money order for this)

Separate money order for $100 for the reservation deposit.  This is refundable if the applicant does not qualify for some reason.  If accepted, this will be applied towards the security deposit. If applicant chooses to cancel reservation deposit may not be eligible for refund.
