A core value in CARE's mission is to provide supportive services to strengthen and empower families and build community.  CARE provides supportive services, which emphasize individual, family or group counseling, educational/informational programs, and referral services.

CARE has a social worker on staff to provide support for all residents in a group or in a one-on-one setting.
