On Tuesday June 21, 2011 CARE Housing celebrated the Grand Opening for Provincetowne Green. Provincetowne Green will be CARE's biggest community once it is completely built in February 2012. Sister Mary Alice, one of the founders of CARE filled the guests in on the history of CARE Housing. Guests also heard from Terry Drahota, Mark Holmes, Dawn Davis, John Kefalas, and Stefani Lott.
Stefani Lott is in the first building at Provincetowne Green. Stefani shared her story with everyone and then was handed the first key from Mark Holmes the Executive Director of CARE Housing. Shortly after the first key was handed over guests got to watch Sister Mary Alice cut the ribbon. CARE is happy to say that the first three buildings are leased and CARE currently has a waitlist of over forty families!
