CARE Housing is a non-profit organization providing earnings-based rental housing and supporting services to working families.  Our rents are 20%-45% below market rate properties and are based on 30% of the resident's household income.

CARE Communities are well maintained and each has its own on-site resident manager.  There are two and three-bedroom units at several convenient locations in established neighborhoods throughout Fort Collins.
